Provide Implementation support to hotels in China Handle customer queries through communication channels such as Emails & Calls Engage with customer on their requirement and provide solutions Provide L1 support to Hotel representatives during Implementation process Ensure quality is maintain during the completion of job Pre Migration Support to be provided on the day of migration so that migration is successful Follow Up on Checklist which has steps related to implementation of new Guest Reservation System at hotels and ensure steps are taken Post Migration Support Voice experience with good Mandarin communication Skills崗位要求： 1.
