Responsibilities and duties
· Maintain new P/N request and GSD data
· Create and update engineering document such as BOM, 2D&3D drawing, DFMEA, e-Validation and TRA, etc., and upload to system
· Make 3D simulation, FEA, tolerance analysis and prototype when necessary
· Conduct design review
· Physical check and IR approval
· Sample check before sending for validation
· Perform/coordinate failure analysis work, determine corrective action, and complete ECN implementation
Qualifications / Requirements
· Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Science related
· More than 3 years design experience in relative area
· Sound knowledge of molding/stamping
· CAD application experience (UG, CATIA or Pro-E)
· Good command of English
· Basic knowledge in TS16949.
